Client meetings that end with next steps.

Send one link. Your client joins from the browser, reads the agenda, and receives the summary and action items when you hang up.

Schedule with an agenda

Pick a day and time, write the agenda, share the link. Everyone sees what the meeting is about before they join.

AI notes for every call

Decisions and action items are written while you talk and emailed to the client afterwards. Nothing to type up.

Nothing to install

Works in Safari and Chrome on laptops and phones. Guests only type their name.

Waiting room

Turn it on and admit each person by name. No surprise visitors in a client call.

Arabic and English

Captions in both, translation between them, for clients across the region.

Free to start

Meetings up to 2 hours cost nothing, with 10 AI recaps a month. Individual is $5 a month for meetings of any length and 50 recaps.

The real problem

Small teams do not lose deals in the meeting. They lose them afterwards.

Nobody in a five-person company has an hour to write up a call. So the notes do not get written, the follow-up email goes out three days late, and what the client agreed to becomes a matter of opinion.

The recap lands in everyone's inbox when the call ends, with what was decided and who owes what. That is the whole product for a small business.

  • Written while you talk, from speaker-attributed captions — so the recap says who committed to what.
  • Emailed to the attendees, your client included, without you sending anything.
  • Decisions and action items separated from the discussion, so the next steps are a list rather than a paragraph.
  • Kept with the meeting, so "what did we agree in March" has an answer.
Who uses it

Built for the meetings a small business actually has.

Agencies and consultancies

Client calls where the scope is agreed out loud. The recap becomes the written record you would otherwise have to chase.

Sales conversations

A discovery call with the objections, the commitments and the follow-ups already written down when it ends.

Distributed teams

A standup or a weekly across two cities, with a summary for whoever was travelling.

Freelancers

Forty minutes free is one client call. No card, no trial clock, nothing to cancel.

What it costs

Start on free, and mean it.

The free plan is a working product, not a demonstration with a countdown.

Free plan
$0
Meetings up to 2 hours, 10 AI recaps a month, 50 participants.
Individual
$5 / month
No limit on length, 50 AI recaps a month, recording and transcripts.
Card to start
Not required
No trial clock, nothing to cancel.

Clients never need an account or a licence.

AI notes are on the free plan too. A small business needs the summary more than a large one does, and charging for it would be the wrong way round. Full pricing →

Questions

Before you switch.

Does my client need an account?
No. They open the link, type their name and join. No account, no download, no app store — which is the difference between a client call that starts on time and one that spends five minutes on "can you hear me now".
Is the free plan really free?
Yes. Meetings up to 2 hours, up to 50 participants, with live captions and 10 AI recaps a month. No card to start and no trial that expires into a bill. Individual is $5 a month when you need meetings of any length, 50 recaps, recording and transcripts.
Can I use it for client calls that need to look professional?
That is what it is for. Your client sees a clean room with your meeting title and agenda, joins in one click, and gets a written recap from you afterwards — which most small suppliers never manage to send at all.
What happens to my meeting data?
It stays on servers in the region, it is not sold, and it is not used to train models. There is no server-side recording, transcripts are deleted after 14 days by default, and you can delete your account and everything in it. The detail is on the security page.
Do I need an IT person to set it up?
No. Create an account, press New meeting, send the link. There is nothing to deploy, no admin console to configure first, and no client software to keep updated on anyone's laptop.
Can I schedule meetings in advance?
Yes. Pick a date and time, write the agenda, and share the link — it works from the moment you create the meeting, so it can go in a calendar invitation straight away and everyone sees the agenda in the lobby.
What if my team grows?
Add people to Business per user per month, and move to Enterprise when you need SSO, admin controls or a dedicated instance. Nothing has to be migrated when you do — see Enterprise.

Your first meeting is a minute away.
